Flexible deployment
Invoice Intelligence runs on Aigonix-managed Azure infrastructure or on your own cloud or on-premises environment: your choice. Organisations that require full data sovereignty can run a fully air-gapped configuration, with no outbound connections and no calls to external services.
Microsoft SSO
Access is controlled via your existing Microsoft SSO setup. No separate credential management. Your IT team controls who can access Invoice Intelligence using the same identity infrastructure already in place across your organisation.
GDPR-ready
Invoice Intelligence has been designed with GDPR compliance in mind. Because the product is deployed on your own tenant and your data never leaves your environment, the data residency and processing questions that often complicate SaaS procurement are substantially simplified.
Read-only connection
The integration with your finance system is read-only. Invoice Intelligence cannot modify, delete, or write to your source system. The risk profile is equivalent to a reporting or analytics tool.
Two deployment options
Invoice Intelligence runs on Aigonix-managed Azure infrastructure, or on your own IT infrastructure. For organisations operating in classified or high-security environments, the on-premises option can be configured to run fully air-gapped: no outbound connections, no external data transfers, no managed LLM calls. Does Invoice Intelligence replace my existing finance system?
No. Invoice Intelligence is an additive layer that sits on top of Medius, Dynamics 365, or SAP, and makes the full history searchable.
Does Invoice Intelligence write to or modify my finance system data?
No. The integration with your finance system is read-only. Invoice Intelligence cannot modify, delete, or write to your source system.
Does my data leave my environment?
No. Invoice Intelligence is deployed on your organisation's own Microsoft Azure tenant. Your invoice data does not leave your environment.
Can Invoice Intelligence run on our own servers?
